
FORT HUACHUCA LIL’ SKEETERS
Lil’ Skeeters opened on 1 November 2001 at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The former Mirage Club (6000SF) was renovated to create the first stand-alone Lil’ Skeeters. The renovation consisted of a complete redesign and expansion in the kitchen. New kitchen equipment and an exterior walk-in freezer were purchased. The dining room received new carpeting, paint, ceiling fans, tables, and chairs, in addition to the signature Lil’ Skeeters memorabilia package. The project was completed on time and within the initial budget range.
