Stuttgart New Golf Maintenance Facility

This facility consists of a two bay maintenance shop, parts storage, tool room, bulk material storage, equipment storage, equipment wash area, administrative offices, and employee break room. The facility is located adjacent to the local civilian residential area and is in an environmentally sensitive zone. To accommodate local concerns about fitting into the landscape, the flat roof system is designed for a sod cover to be added at a later date and the concrete building side walls are partially clad.
