Our PPV development guide is the starting point for initiating a PPV project. It will answer many of your questions about the documents needed to begin. There are sections devoted to explaining the PPV program, explanations of each of the steps, lessons learned, a Frequently Asked Questions appendix, and two additional appendices with examples of the documents that are used in preparing the submission package.
