Selection Committee
After submitting packets from around the world, all qualified applicants are screened by a board consisting of industry professionals, BOSS representatives, and military community leaders. Candidates are selected not only based on their musical talent, but also their ability to represent the Army in appearance, level of physical fitness, and military bearing. The top condidates are then brought to Fort Belvoir for a six-day live audition/evaluation process and from this group the cast is selected.
