1.HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: The Great Getaways Sweepstakes promotion is an online sweepstakes promotion. Entry forms are available at www.afrcresorts.com/sweepstakes from June 1 - August 31, 2007.

2.ELIGIBILITY: Armed Forces Recreation Centers Great Getaways Sweepstakes promotion is open to the total defense force--Service Members, Retirees, DoD Civilians and their families 18 years of age and older. Employees of the participating AFRC locations, their family members and other individuals engaged in the development and implementation or direct execution of the promotion, including Army senior leadership, and the marketing staff, may not participate in this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Eligible patrons may enter The Great Getaways Sweepstakes once per day from June 1, 2007 until August 31, 2007 via www.afrcresorts.com/sweepstakes

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: Winners will be notified by Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command via email if selected as a potential winner no later than September 30, 2007. Each potential winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility to verify you are an authorized participant in the promotion. Additionally, the information will be used to issue any IRS Form 1099 required for reporting of prizes to the IRS. In the event potential winners refuse to complete the required form within 14 days of being notified by FMWRC or the potential winner is declared to be an unauthorized participant by FMWRC, the prize will be forfeited and another name drawn. All prizes will be awarded.

3.PRIZES

One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to his/her choice of one of any of the four AFRC resort destinations. The grand prize package includes: Two airline tickets to an AFRC of winner's choice (ARV $3,000), lodging for two for six nights (ARV $500), 7-day rental car use (ARV $700), and a Luggage Set (ARV $500) will be awarded upon determination of eligibility has been completed on or about October 30, 2007. (Total grand prize package ARV $4,700)

Thirty (30) $100 gift cards will be randomly awarded monthly (10 per month) during the promotion period. (ARV $100 each)

Five (5) digital cameras (ARV $300 each); five (5) Sony PlayStation Portables (ARV $175 each); and a set of golf clubs (ARV $300) will be awarded after determination of eligibility has been completed on or about October 30, 2007.

4.PRIVACY STATEMENT: AUTHORITY: Section 552a, Title 5, United States Code; Section 3013, Title 10, United States Code; Executive Order NO. 9397; Army Regulation 215-1. PRINCIPAL PURPOSES: The primary use of the information provided by sweepstakes participants is to select and contact potential winners, and to determine whether potential winners are authorized participants. The information will also be used to generate required IRS 1099 forms and to comply with other IRS reporting requirements, if any. DISCLOSURE IS VOLUNTARY: There is no obligation to provide any information; however, failure to provide the requested information will result in the sweepstakes participant being deemed ineligible to win or to be awarded a prize.

5.By accepting any of the prizes, the winners agree to hold the United States Government, FMWRC, the AFRCs, the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Fund as well as all their respective officers, directors, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims arising out of use or misuse of the prize(s). Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. The Department of Defense, the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps or the Army is not responsible for any defective prizes.

6.Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' name and/or likeness for purposes of publicity and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7.The FMWRC is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prizes. In the event the FMWRC is prevented from continuing with the promotion, or the integrity of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the Army's control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Army's control (each a "Force Majeure" event), the Army shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without further obligation. If the Army, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Army reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prizes from among all valid and eligible participants received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

8.All decisions made by FMWRC regarding this promotion are final. Prizes must be claimed by March 1, 2008 unless other satisfactory arrangements have been agreed upon. There will be no cash in lieu of prizes. Incomplete entry forms are null and void. Forms submitted by ineligible patrons are null and void. One entry per day may be submitted.

9.Potential winners will be randomly selected by drawing on or about September 30, 2007 and potential winners will be awarded prizes on or about November 30, 2007. Gift card winners will be randomly selected monthly (10 gift cards per month, 30 gift cards total will be awarded).

10.Odds of winning vary based on the number of online entries submitted.
