Eligibility

ELIGIBILITY:

Active-duty and retired members of the Uniformed Services (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, NOAA, USPHS; active and inactive Reserve, Auxiliarists, and National Guard) and their dependents.
Foreign exchange service members (military and civilian) on active duty with the DOD.
Active and retired civilian employees of the DOD or other Uniformed Service (appropriated and nonappropriated) and their dependents.
Contractor personnel working on DOD installations and in possession of ID cards issued by the installations; employees of Lockheed Martin and their dependents.
American Red Cross people serving overseas with the U.S. military.
DOD dependent school teachers.
Disabled American veterans rated at 100 percent with valid ID cards.
