Students and Recent Graduates

We invite currently enrolled students and new graduates to experience the world of government service.

No experience? No problem! The Pathways Program takes students and recent graduates of bachelor’s and graduate programs and gives them real-world experience in their field.

Use your degree to serve your country – and experience the great benefits, career opportunities, and job satisfaction of federal Civilian service. Find all the details here.

Individuals with Disabilities

Many jobs are open to individuals with a disability. In fact, most federal agencies have Selective Placement Program Coordinators (SPPCs) to help recruit, hire, and accommodate people with disabilities.

Some individuals with a disability may be eligible for a special hiring authority, too. If you need help, an SPPC can guide you through the application process and answer questions.
