
The top 12 Operation Rising Star Finalists will now advance to the Finals (airing on this website and the Pentagon Channel, beginning 11 December).
The top 12 will need audience votes to help advance them in each round of the competition.
The audience will be able to vote online and the votes will count for 50% of the competitors' final score.

CPL Robert Fuller is originally from Waynesboro, Virginia. Fuller is a Marine and has a sister and twin brother. One of Fuller's greatest musical accomplishments is singing the National Anthem and God Bless America at the MLB's Washington Nationals Baseball game in front of thousands.
Q: What genre of music is your favorie?
A: Country
Q: When did you realize you had a talent for singing?
A: During a high school lecture, when I was asked to sing. I realized by my fellow classmates reaction, that I must have sounded pretty good.

A: Friends in Low Places

A: It helps keep my mind focused during stressful times. |

Operation Rising Star is a vocal competition hosted by US Army Family and MWR Programs. Army Garrisons from around the world hosted competitions in the summer of 2011. Twelve of the top contestants from around the Army were selected by a panel of judges to advance to the Final competition, airing on this website, beginning 11 December 2011.
