- The Armed Forces Vacation Club offers DOD and Coast Guard personnel the opportunity to book a seven-night luxury vacation, on a space available basis, for just $329.00 - BUT if you book your reservation Starting May 8 through June 30, 2008 - the price is only . Travel to the AFVC destination must occur before December 31, 2008.
- Simply log on to their web site (click on the AFVC Resorts below). Click on Search and select the city, state or country where you want to travel. The Website is updated daily with information about specific resort amenities and availability on the dates you choose. Select a first and second choice resort and dates of travel.
- To take advantage of the Special $299.00 offer, you must contact the Armed Forces Vacation Club reservation desk at 1-877-772-2322 and mention Code 6587 – and don’t forget to provide your AFVC Installation Number.
- Call the AFVC reservation center at 1-800-724-9988. Settle on a resort and date, then provide your credit card number to reserve, it's that simple. A confirmation will be sent to you via mail within 24 hours.
- Typical resorts are located in Europe, Latin America, and throughout the USA (Florida, North Carolina, Branson, etc.).
- Please contact your MWR/ITT Office after completion of travel. They are interested in your responses to continue supporting the program.

DISCLAIMER: No refund or substitution if you cancel or if accommodations become unavailable due to natural disaster or other events beyond the reasonable control of AFVC. AFVC vacation destinations, prices and travel times subject to availability. Travel is not available during most U.S. holiday weeks, "spring break" weeks, and peak demand summer weeks. If you cancel more than 45 days before your check-in date, your fee will be returned less $65.00
If you cancel 45 days or less before check-in, your fee will be returned less $125.00. Reservations cancelled in response to military exigency will receive a full refund. AFVC must be provided a written statement that cancellation was required as result of a military exigency, signed by an officer in the individual's chain of command. In the event of cancellation due to military orders, individual will be offered an option to rebook without monetary penalty, on alternative dates. Refunds will be processed as a charge-back to the credit card account used when the reservation was confirmed. Guest may be required to present proof of eligibility at time of check-in, for example, ID card or Leave & Earnings Statement.
