With 94 standard camp sites and 14 pull-through sites Valdez Glacier Campground is located at the base of the Chugach Mountains beneath the famous Valdez Glacier.

Directions: Traveling South on the Richardson Highway, the trip is approximately 260 miles from Fort Greely. About 5 miles before arriving in Valdez, turn right onto Airport Road (a major intersection with a flashing yellow light). Travel 3 miles to the campground.
