Get Involved

Find your place with US Army IMCOM Europe Entertainment - your home and family away from home.

There is a place for everyone with the Army Entertainment program – whether in front of the lights or backstage.

The Entertainment program relies on volunteer participants to make the program work. Each year for over 2,000 Soldiers, Civilians and Family Members give over 300,000 volunteer hours putting on live shows in their US Army Garrison communities.

Join them and be part of a fun, rewarding and positive activity and help make your community a more enjoyable place to live.

On Stage!

All auditions are open and no previous experience is required!
Whether you are novice or a seasoned stage pro, there are always roles and parts available.
Part of our mission is education and being part of a show is an incredible learning experience.

Off Stage!

We rely on volunteers to direct; choreograph; design sets, props and costumes; put on stage makeup; stage manage; play an instrument; teach a class; run a ticket counter; be a stagehand and much more.

If you can (or ever wanted to) swing a hammer or a paint brush; sew on a button; tear a ticket; or smile and make someone feel welcome, there is a place for you. If you don’t know how, we’ll teach you.

Find Community!

Army Entertainment is a great place to meet new friends of all ages and backgrounds. Our program offers a safe and rewarding way to become part of a community and have a real impact on the quality of life in a garrison.

Being part of a show is an incredible educational experience and teaches valuable life skills. It improves self-confidence, leadership skills and teamwork, communication skills, overall morale and self-expression.

It is also a great way to get the whole family involved - working together on a fun project in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Many volunteers have gone on to professional careers - on Broadway, in TV and Film and as writers and technicians. One even went on to win a Tony Award. Others have found a life-long hobby and avocation that has greatly enhanced their lives and happiness.

A theatrical production is like a military exercise – it requires teamwork and seamless execution. Come be part of an exciting, rewarding and fun team.
