Errors and spinning wheel when selecting Media in Edit Event and Promos.  Franz made a video that is listed in the grid below.

When images are loaded into the system, they get assigned permissions that allow them to appear on the respective user's website.   

When we migrated, images in the giant Shared folder were parsed-out to folders of garrisons whose sites were using them.  If images were placed before migration, users may  get the spinning wheel and error for Media when editing events or Promos.  The system is trying to connect and the permissions problem is the culprit.  Users cannot edit the image or save.

Admins can resolve this but users cannot.  Watch the "Edit Event" video in the grid below. 

Suggestions:  
1.    When you edit an event or promo, try to edit the Media first.  That way, if you get an error, you will not lose anything. 
2.   If it's not too much trouble, re-create the event or promo so you're starting fresh on V8.
3.   Users can send in a ZenDesk ticket so Admins can resolve the error.   

This is a temporary situation that will eclipse itself over time.
