In cooperation with the MWR Academy, The Army NAF Employee Benefits Office (EBO) will host quarterly webinars for the workforce, covering a variety of topics.

15 July 2026: Medical & Life Insurance

Each session will last 90 minutes and be offered at three different times (0700; 0900; & 1800) each date to accommodate our CONUS & OCONUS staff.

The IRS Health Flexible Spending Account contribution limit for 2025 is $3,200 to $3,300. 

They also announced that the 401(k) contribution limit is increasing from $23,000 to $23,500, and the catch-up amount for those age 50 years and over will remain the same at $7,500.
