An official army family and MWR Site

Rules

Garrison-level competition determines the six teams to advance to the championship.

For two months, teams earn points by improving their fitness and getting involved with MWR at their installations. Armed with an MWR passbook, they learn new skills and share new experiences through their local MWR. Throughout the period, they submit videos – not just of their workouts, but also of their adventures in places like bowling alleys, hiking trails, and libraries.

The team with the highest point total in each Army IMCOM directorate moves on to the next phase.

The BOSS Strong championship determines the Army’s winning team. For nearly two weeks, six teams train on-site with professional coaches, learn valuable life skills, and go head-to-head with their competitors. Their daily routine is filled with grueling workouts, cutting-edge recovery techniques, and bonding over MWR-sponsored activities.

A series of challenges pushes the teams in unexpected ways – and tests their physical abilities, mental toughness and teamwork. In the end, one team is crowned BOSS Strong champions.
